Delivery & return terms
- Delivery is charged once per order: 3,000 IQD inside the Kurdistan Region, 5,000 IQD for other governorates.
- You must accept all items in an order together or refuse them all; partial acceptance isn't possible.
- If you refuse the order, you still owe the delivery fee.
- Inspect the item in front of the courier; refuse it on the spot if there's a visible problem (broken, scratched, wrong item).
- For hidden defects (not working, weak battery…) you have 3 days to request a return with a video showing the problem. You're refunded once the item is back and inspected.
- If a returned item turns out to be fine, there's no refund and the buyer pays 5,000 IQD + delivery both ways. Two rejected requests suspend the account from bidding.
- Defects listed under “Notes & defects” are not grounds for a return or refusal.
